Versioning

Versions function in the same way that they did in Legacy, but they're now accessible via the Editing UI!

Now, the main Versions actions live in the three dot menu to the right of the main version, including managing the visibility of the version, forking it, and exporting a version to PDF. You also create a new branch in ReadMe from the Versions menu.

Users on Refactored can also sync versions from GitHub to ReadMe! Once you connect to a GitHub repository via Bi-Directional Sync, semver versions you push to GitHub will appear in ReadMe.
