Migrating Your Enterprise Account

What to Expect

• Some features such as Suggested Edits, the AWS Gateway plugin, and others listed here, aren’t yet available in the new experience.
• Migration can take up to 10+ hours, depending on the size of your project. If it’s expected to take longer, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will notify you in advance.
• Group dashboards and their associated Child dashboards will be temporarily disabled, but your documentation will stay live for your users throughout the migration!
• If you're using (or planning to use) features that depend on rdme or our API, please note that the new experience requires upgrading to rdme@10 and APIv2.

If you're comfortable with the above, let your CSM know you're ready to migrate! Together, you’ll discuss the best time to migrate your docs. We’ll confirm the estimated duration and kick off the migration at the agreed time.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we’ll handle the entire process for you. Your CSM will keep you updated and reach out once your migration is complete and ready to go!
